今天收到國際知名的Louise Hay的電郵通訊. 很有意思!

The beginning of spiritual growth comes to us in many ways, 
including accidents, loss, soul-searching, or disease among others.
心靈成長之開始 經不同方式到來,
包括意外事故﹑失去重要的人﹑自我反省﹑或疾病等等。

In the end, spiritual growth comes from taking responsibility for our life. 
It’s this awakening to not want to suffer or blame the outside world. 
總之,心靈成長來自於我們為生活負責。
正是這種覺醒: 不想受苦 或 不想指責外面的世界。

Whatever it may be that stemmed this search for inner growth,&
you are on the right path toward creating a better life for yourself.

不管這種追求探索內在成長是源於甚麼,

Your growth process is your own and
I want you to listen to what your body, mind and spirit need
in order to connect with your inner child.

你的成長過程是你自己的,
希望你聽你的身﹑心﹑靈的需要,
以便與你內心的小孩交流。

 You’ll find that holistic healing involves a physical approach, a mental approach and a spiritual approach. They are all connected, but there are many ways to begin. 
你會發現,整體治療 包括 一種身體方法,一種心智精神的做法 和 一種心靈的做法。
它們都亙相關連,但也有許多方法開始。

There is no right way to spiritually grow.
I am here to guide you along your journey and give you tips. 
心靈成長共並無單一正確的方法。我在此沿途指導你並給你提示。

You deserve to be happy, dear ones.
It doesn’t matter where you start, the others tend to fall into place once you start to grow.

親愛的,你值得擁有幸福。你由哪兒開始並不緊要,
一旦你開始成長, 通常船到橋頭自然直/水到渠成。

For example, the physical approach could be changing your diet or giving up your addictions, if you have any; the mental approach could involve therapy or workshops; and the spiritual approach could be meditation or prayer. Whatever you feel is the best place for you to make a change, start there. 
例如,由身體着手的方法, 可以改變你的飲食或者戒癮 (如有的話).
心智方面的做法可能涉及輔導心理治療或工作坊 ;
心靈方面的做法可能是冥想或祈禱。
你覺得最能配合你作出改變的,那就是開始的最佳場所。

I ask for more understanding so that I may knowingly and lovingly shape my world and my experiences.
我要求更能了解好使我可會知而充滿愛地精心塑造我的世界和我的經歷。

So, we have gotten to this point where we know we want to change to live a happier life, but the next step is how. 
我們既已去到這地步知道我們想要生活改變得更加幸福,但下一步就是如何做。

It’s not easy reversing habits you’ve carried for so many years, but it is definitely possible. I believe you can do anything because I believe that a happier life is what you deserve. You need to believe it too.

要扭轉你多年的習慣並不容易,但它肯定是可能的。
因為我相信你應得一個更幸福的生活,我相信你可以做任何事情。

你必須相信這一點。

 Spiritual growth is not about changing others. It’s about forgiveness and opening up new doors for yourself. This doesn’t happen overnight. It’s an unfolding process over each day.
心靈的成長 不是要改變別人。這是關於寬恕開拓新的自己
這不會在一夜之間發生。這是在每一天的過程展開。

Your mind is your greatest tool. Your mind is a habit that can be untrained and retrained to think a certain way. Your mind is not in control, but rather you are in control of your mind. Your mind will tell you that it’s too hard to change, but you can choose what thoughts you want to believe. In response, tell your mind that you now make change an easy process every single day. Over time, you’ll see that it does get better. 

你的頭腦是你最大的工具。
你的頭腦是一種可以解除舊培訓和重新再培訓去以某種方式思考的習慣。
不是你的腦在控制你,而是你控制你的腦/思考
你的心/腦會告訴你太難改變,但你可以選擇你要相信甚麼想法。
作為回應,現在每一天告訴你的腦你的心:
做一個簡單改變是容易的過程
隨著時間的推移,你會發現事情變得好辦。

Here’s an exercise that I want you to try to implement every day. I recommend doing it in the morning before your day starts or whenever you feel difficult, negative thoughts occurring. Start by taking a deep breath. Let your body relax from your head to the tension in your shoulders, your abdomen and your pelvis. Breathe in one more time and exhale. 
下面是我要你嘗試每一天做的練習。
我建議在早上新的一天開始之前做 ,
或在你感到困難的/消極想法出現時做。

開始: 深呼吸。
讓你的身體 從你的頭的緊張開始放鬆,
把你肩膀的緊張放鬆,
把你的腹部和骨盆的緊張放鬆。
吸氣多一次,呼出。

Now repeat two to three times: 
“I am willing to let go. I release. I let go. I release all tension. I release all fear. I release all anger. I release all guilt. I release all sadness. I let go of all old limitations. I let go, and I am at peace. I am at peace with myself. I am at peace with the process of life. I am safe.”
現在重複向自己講 兩三次:
我願意  把執著放下/ 放開手
我把一切釋放。
我放開雙手/
放手/放下。
我把所有緊張釋放
所有恐懼釋放
所有憤怒釋放
所有愧疚釋放
所有悲傷釋放
所有舊的局限放下
我放手/放下
我平安。
我與自己和好平安
我自己生命歷程和好平安。
我安全。」

Once you practice these thoughts, they become a habit. It’s this easy to relieve yourself of stress and strain. You may even try it with your eyes closed, if you feel it helps you focus on the thoughts. Letting go of your past habits and thoughts is the only way you can move forward spiritually in life. When we use the power inside us to control our mind, we become closer and closer to this power. 
一旦你練習這些想法,他們成為習慣。
緩解緊張疲憊正是這樣輕鬆簡單。
你甚至可以嘗試閉上眼睛做 (如果你覺得閉目可助你集中思考)。

放開你過去的習慣和想法
是你生命中 心靈可進步提升的唯一途徑。

當我們用我們內在的力量來控制我們的思想,
我們會越來越接近這種力量。
